Effective from July 26, 2026. This policy describes what personal data we process on credigo.cz, why, who we share it with, and what rights you have under the GDPR.

Who controls your data

The data controller is Credigo, registered office at Platnéřská 88/9, Staré Město, 110 00 Prague, Czech Republic, Company ID 12345678, an independent insurance intermediary registered with the Czech National Bank (ČNB) under No. 123456PA. What data we process

Through the contact form on this site, we only process data you voluntarily provide: your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your inquiry (e.g. industry, turnover, notes). We do not actively collect or purchase any other personal data from third parties.

Why we process it and on what legal basis

We process contact-form data to handle your inquiry and prepare a comparison of insurance offers — this is a measure taken at your request prior to a potential contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you subsequently enter into a business relationship with us, we continue processing your data to perform the contract and to comply with legal obligations applicable to insurance intermediaries.

Who we share data with

  • Netlify, Inc. — hosts the website and technically handles incoming contact-form submissions.
  • Resend — sends an automatic confirmation email on Credigo's behalf once you submit an inquiry.
  • Google Ireland Limited — used via Google Ads to measure advertising performance, including enhanced conversions, which rely on a hashed (non-readable) version of your email address.

We do not share your data with any of the above for purposes other than described here, and we never sell it.

Cookies and measurement technologies

This site uses the Google tag (gtag.js) to measure traffic and the effectiveness of Google Ads campaigns. This technology may store cookies in your browser. You can restrict or disable cookies at any time in your browser settings.

How long we keep your data

Data from an inquiry that does not result in a contract is kept for 12 months from the last contact, after which it is securely deleted. Data related to a concluded insurance contract is kept for as long as required by the legal regulations governing insurance intermediaries.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing. If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).
